Period 3 - Semester Final

1. My favorite photo from the slideshow is photo number 6. There are three reasons why this is. First, there are only three main colors in the entire photograph. Second, although there are three colors which are focused on, there is lots of depth related to the photo. It's easily seen that the photograph captures miles and miles of land behind. Third reason is that if you were to only look at the bottom half of the photograph, you wouldn't be able to tell it is a cloudy day. Kind of like an illusion.

2. The best photo from this album is photo number 8. There are three reason. First, there is an enormous amount of detail. You can see all the waves and splashes of water. Second, there is symmetry in the image. For example, 8 divers instead of 7 or 9. Third reason is because the color of the swimming pool changes

3. My best work this semester is the following: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2E1neKnzXh-W2At6RygoaF6-XrxfF5MVuDIU8V6ul0vCks9UPF6AUfPzZwLvqHVgvydIx4CYt6mW7anN70Pei8-izOs2__wzdinWeo880X3Agh8sMA7zS4v4lXdpoY9ZfeKRJOoDTEVHq/s1600/IMAG0475_1.jpg
This image is my best work because, of the rules of composition, the editing, as well as the camera I used to capture this image. If I had more time, I would have made more variations of this photograph, by perhaps adding more filters or cropping it more vertically.

4. My three rules of composition are; Rule of thirds, rule of symmetry, and rule of leading lines.

5. This is a photo which illustrates my rules of composition. The ones in this picture are rule of symmetry and Rule of leading lines.
6. Your first rule is "get closer"

7. The benefits of working in a group include: 1.) doing things more efficiently. 2.) if you are ever confused about anything, your group can help you out. 3.) Give and receive feedback on performance. 4.) you can develop communication skills. 5.) You can encourage each other in times of difficulty.

8. Some difficulties in group work include: 1.) not getting along with other members or group in general. 2.) Some members may choose not to contribute. 3.) Some individuals may be dominating everything. 4.) There can be difficulty meeting up outside class time. 5.) Ideas may not be thoroughly discussed as a team.
9.

10. My master photographer project was based off of Robert Frank. He was a photographer way back in the day, and his significant contributions was to take pictures of people in black and white. He also contributed by taking photos of people and children in candid positions.

11. Her most famous photograph was the migrant mother photograph, in which a women is depicted tired and worn out with two children next to her. This photo was taken in Nipomo, California in 1936, during which she was employed by the FSA.

12. Life magazine was created and founded by Henry Luce. It began publishing in 1972.

13. He was born on January 8th 1935.

14. He was a war photographer and journalist. He co-founded Magnum photos in paris, in 1947
